  • 1. How can I place an order for my child’s school pictures?

    You can place your order with an order form or online. 


    If your child’s school is offering online pre-orders, you will find a PRE-ORDER CODE on the order form that is handed out in school. Some schools opt not to offer online pre-orders, so your order must be placed with an order form.


    We also service schools that opt not to utilize order forms and only send school picture information through email. 


    If you place your order online, there is no need for your child to bring a receipt or order form to picture day. If you choose to pay using an order form, please send a completed order form with payment to school with your child on picture day.  If no payment or the incorrect payment is enclosed in the order form, your order will not be processed.

  • 2. Why is the pre-order code not working?

    If the pre-order code for your child’s school is not working, it means we have started to process the orders for that school and the pre-order gallery is closed. You will still be able to order pictures. Please see FAQ No 3.

  • 3. I did not place an order on picture day. Will I still have the opportunity to purchase photos?

    Yes, you can still purchase pictures. Your child will recieve a POST CARD with instructions that explains how to view and access their image online. You can expect that information to be delivered to the school approximately 3 weeks after picture day. All orders that are placed online after picture day using your personal online code will be mailed to your home and shipping will be paid for by the customer. Orders will be shipped 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed.

  • 4. I am not satisfied with the pictures I received. Can my child take pictures on retake day?

    Yes, your child can be photographed on retake day. Please have your child return their original package to the photographer on retake day.   There is no additional charge for a retake. If there is a class photo in your package, please remove it from the packing envelope. Class pictures will not be reprinted.

  • 5. My child was absent for picture day. Can he/she take pictures on retake day?

    Yes, retake day is for students who were not happy with their first set of pictures and for students who were absent on picture day. If you would like to purchase pictures, please send your order form to school with your child on retake day. If you placed your order online, please send the receipt with them on retake day.

  • 6. How long does it take Schoolcraft to deliver orders to the school?

    Our typical delivery time frame is approximately 3-4 weeks after picture day.

  • 7. My child missed the first picture day and the retake day. How can I get their picture taken?

    We do schedule studio retake days at our office in Sparta throughout the year. Please call the office for more information.

  • 8. How do I resolve an issue with my order/I didn’t receive my order?

     Please go to our homepage and click on  RESOLVE AN ISSUE and fill out the questionnaire.  A representative will look into your issue and will respond to your email.
    Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response.



  • 9. Can I get a refund for my pictures?

    Yes, please send your pictures back to our office 2 Wilson Drive Sparta, NJ 07871 with a letter requesting a refund. Please include your name and mailing address.

  • 1. How do I schedule my senior portrait sitting?

    You can book your senior portrait sitting on our home page. Please click on SCHEDULE YOUR SENIOR PORTRAIT.

  • 2. What do I need to wear to my senior portrait sitting?

  • 3. How do I access my proofs and select a yearbook pose?

    Instructions regarding how to access your senior portrait proofs were given to the student on the day they took their senior portraits. 


    All yearbook poses will be submitted online through our website.

  • 4. How long does it take for my proofs to be available online?

    Your proofs  will be able to view 10 to 12 business days from the day of your sitting.

  • 5. Will the pose I selected for the yearbook be retouched?

    Yes, your yearbook pose will be retouched for blemishes and shine. If you would like additional retouching done on your yearbook selection, such as fly away hair or teeth whitening, there will be an additional fee.

  • 6. How long does it take for my senior portrait order to be mailed?

    You can expect to receive your order in 6 to 8 weeks.

  • 7. Can I have my senior portraits retaken?

    Yes, we do offer retakes for senior portraits. There is a $15 fee for retakes.

  • 8. When is my yearbook selection due?

    Please select your yearbook pose within 15 days of your proofs being posted online. If no yearbook pose is selected, Schoolcraft will select a pose for you.


    PLEASE NOTE: if you do not pick a yearbook pose and would like to change the pose selected, you must get approval from the yearbook adviser.  If the adviser approves your request, there will be a fee to change the pose.  

  • 9. What pose do I need to select for the yearbook?

    Every school has different requirements for what the students need to wear in the yearbook. You can find more specific information about the yearbook pose requirements for your school when you use your online code to view your proofs.

  • 10. What is your cancellation policy for senior portrait sittings?

    There is a $15.00 cancellation fee if the appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. The senior sitting fee is not refundable but will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
