You can pay for your child’s school pictures with an order form or online. If your child’s school is offering online ordering, you will find a preorder code on the order form that is handed out in school. Some schools opt not to have order forms and only send school picture information through email. If you do not have access to the preorder code, please contact our office.
If you choose to pay online, there is no need to bring a receipt or fill out a form. If you choose to pay using an order form, please send a completed order form with payment to school with your child on picture day.
If the preorder code for your child’s school is not working, it means we have started to process the orders for that school and the preorder gallery is closed. You will still be able to order pictures. Please see FAQ No 3.
Yes, you can still purchase pictures. Your child will be receiving a note with instructions that explains how to view and access their image online. You can expect that information to be delivered to the school approximately 3 weeks after picture day. All orders that are placed online after picture day using your personal online code will be mailed to your home and shipping will be paid for by the customer. Orders will be shipped 7 to 10 business days from the day the order was placed.
Yes, your child can be photographed on retake day. Please have your child return their original package in exchange for their retake. There is no additional charge for a retake. If there is a class photo in your package, please remove it from the packing envelope. Class pictures will not be reprinted.
Yes, retake day is for students who were not happy with their first set of pictures and for students who were absent on picture day. If you would like to purchase pictures, please send your order form to school with your child on retake day. If you placed your order online, please send the receipt with them on retake day,
Our typical delivery time frame is approximately 3 weeks after picture day.
We do schedule studio retake days at our office in Sparta throughout the year. Please call the office for more information.
